Heat a pan and add some oil  4.Add cumin seeds and roast them, add chopped potatoes and fry them well  5. After they have turned to a golden brown color, add salt, roasted peanuts and fry them well 6. Add green chilies, curry leaves and mix well 7. Add the soaked sabudana and mix well. 8. Once most of the sabudana pearls turn translucent, add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well. 9. I use this method..Soak the sabudana in water for just 30 mins.. After tat drain the water.. An leave it over night, morning u will get nice separated sabudanas.. Totally non sticky

If I can drop a suggestion. Just before adding the soaked sabudana instead of just whole peanuts, we could add some crushed peanut powders also along. This prevents the sago from sticking to each other
