Combine 1 soy sauce, 2 cooking wine, 1 oyster sauce, 2 sugar, 50ml water, a little bit of pepper and make a sauce. 2. Oil the frying pan and cook 2 pieces (300g) pork shoulder cut in high heat. 3. When it is cooked enough add half of the sauce, simmer it down and continue cooking. 4. Flip the steak when the sauce is reduced, and add 1 handful sliced garlic. Add another half of sauce and continue reducing. 5. Slightly oil the frying pan and make a fried egg. 6.
